Neighbouring with Cala Millor on Majorca's east coast, Cala Bona sits just outside the island's biggest tourist attraction - the magnificent Caves of Drach. Small beaches are sheltered between rocky outcrops and although some are man-made, they offer fine stretches of golden sand for sunbathing.
Leading off from the beaches is its newly designed promenade that runs all the way to its pretty and colourful harbour that's littered with waterside cafes and bars. Venture inland through the narrow streets and you'll find more attractive bars and open-air cafes, the restaurants here offer a wide range of eating options from Chinese, Italian and Indian cuisine - it's almost possible to enjoy a meal from a different continent each night of your stay.Cala Bona's nightlife is pretty low-key as most of the entertainment revolves around the hotels; for those who need their fix of the bright lights, Cala Millor is only a five minute taxi ride away. This small traditional fishing village is a fitting resort for those looking for a relaxing and quiet holiday in Majorca.
