Holidays to Lourdas

Lourdas is situated on the south coast of Kefalonia, just 7 miles from Kefalonia airport. Holidays to Lourdas are popular with those looking for stunning beaches and a low-key nightlife. Lourdas beach is beautiful with its 2 miles of pale, soft sand and clear water. There are also other beach resorts nearby such as Trapezaki beach and Sparta beach which are popular with visitors.  

Many stunning views can be seen from Lourdas. The glorious countryside surrounds this resort allowing for a great deal of exploration. Why not take a stroll to the monastery at Sission or visit one of the villages in the Livathos area or even take a boat trip to the islands of Zante and Ithaca. Your evenings could consist of experiencing some of the entertainment provided in many of the taverns along the seafront or having a refreshing drink in one of the music bars. The nightlife is pleasant - not very quiet but not noisy either.

The village of Lourdas is a quaint little location, boasting tradition, culture and lots of charm. There is a beautiful square surrounded by pine trees near to the mini-market where you will find all of your holiday necessities. Good choices of places to eat are offered also for your stay.
