This popular resort on the east coast of Kefalonia is ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday with a tame nightlife. Aghia Efimia is a very pretty resort with dozens of tiny white pebble coves such as those at Paradise Beach. A visit to Mytos Beach is also a must, not too far from Aghia Efimia.  

The clear, blue waters are a great attraction for snorkellers and scuba divers! A small boat can be hired to take you to the most beautiful places of the area - no holiday is complete without taking advantage of the excellent diving facilities on offer at Aghia Efimia. Other activities available include exploring the beautiful countryside or visiting nearby villages such as Assos and Fiskardo. A short bus ride will take you to the capital, Argostoli or the smaller resort, Sami.  

The nightlife in Aghia Efimia consists mainly of Greek taverns and bars, mostly situated on the waterfront promenade - a great place to have a glass of wine or two whilst gazing at the picturesque scenery!
