Possibly one of the most picturesque villages in Austria, Maria Alm features charming streets, traditional timber buildings and, of course, excellent pistes. Part of the Hochkönig Ski Circuit, Maria Alm is a typically picture postcard Austrian ski resort with slopes for all types of skier.
Despite its great slopes and beautiful surroundings, Maria Alm is largely unknown to the British market, so it's well worth discovering. The resort has a great natural snow record, which is supported by 17 snow cannons, which makes for great skiing throughout the season.
