An excellent choice for those looking to combine skiing, culture, sightseeing and shopping, breaks in Innsbruck are a taste of Austria at very reasonable rates. For those on a ski holiday in Innsbruck you will be spoilt for choice. Twice the site for the Winter Olympics the ski area is made up of 5 sections spread across the valley providing some of the most diverse and highest quality ski terrain in Austria.

Innsbruck has something for everyone and as promised there is a huge amount to see and do here, the evenings too are jam packed with visiting the numerous bars and restaurants on offer. Take a gambling trip to the casino, join a toboggan party or take a romantic horse drawn sleigh ride under the moonlight through the surrounding forests.

On a cheap city break to Innsbruck invest in the Innsbruck Card which offers free entrance into all the cities sights, free transport and even includes a one time ascent and descent to Nordkette, Patscherkofel and Axamer Lizum which is a must for any visitor.

Wander through the Mariahilf Quarter; take a seat in the magnificent St Jacob Cathedral or visit one of the many museums that litter the city. If you prefer the outdoors the surrounding mountains have some fantastic hike routes and in the winter they transform into steep, adventurous ski routes.

The nightlife here is just as diverse, on a short break to Innsbruck walk through the Old Town for just about every version of nightlife you could imagine, small bars and clubs tucked away down alleyways, brash Havana clubs, concerts, roof top wine bars and much more all await you in this unique city.
